Schedules are key in SLIKR to determine who is working and for how long. Based on the schedules we will allocate clients, notify when shop is fully booked, and close the shop.
Schedules can be:
- Adjusted or updated at any time.
- split shifts - 2 or more schedules per day
- Single day or Recurring
- breaks automatically created (recurring only)
Single Day vs Recurring Schedules
Single day schedule is just for the one day and then another schedule will need to be entered for the following week.
Recurring schedules are for a day of the week eg Wednesday. We will automatically roster than staff member on for the day as long as the schedule is valid.
Eg Roster Fred on every Wednesday from 8AM - 5PM until the end of December.
It is setup once and does not need to be created multiple times. You do need to create a recurring schedule for each day of the week that staff member is working.

Shop Closed vs Booked Status
Shop Closed : No staff are rostered on for the current time
Shop Booked : Enough clients have checked in for the current day. All staff are fully booked.
