Emails are sent for clients on key events such as registration, reservation confirmation and cancellation.
By default emails are sent from SLIKR, shops can have emails sent from their address. Please contact support to enable this.
SLIKR handles the unsubscribe and message handling. If a user is not getting email they should
- Add SLIKR or the shop email to this contacts and safe senders list
- Confirm their email address is correct in their profile
- Log a support request if notification are still not arriving.
