How to use Linkly Terminal Integration

Once the Linkly terminal setup has been completed, follow the steps on how to use the terminal. 

1. To complete the reservation and process card payment through Linkly, click on the "Checkout" Icon next to the customer's name

2. Within the Checkout screen you can add or remove services and products and once the cart is ready for completion, click on the PAY button at the bottom of the screen.

3. The terminal will connect and display the correct amount on the screen and wait for the customer to process the card payment.  A pop-up will display to Swipe Card.

The ability to cancel the payment will appear here if any amendments need to be made.

Once the payment has been processed, an Approved Pop-up will appear and the reservation will be marked as completed.

Decline payments will notify the system, the payment can then be processed again.
