At it's heart SLIKR is a queue system designed for a dynamic services environment but it is so much more. We automate the whole process for your queue and staff preferences in dynamic walk-in businesses.
You setup and determine how your shop will work. Even change as your clients evolve. The following outlines the type of shop modes we work with.
Queue Only : Check-in as next in line allowing selection of preferred staff. Clients can see the wait time and check-in at the back of the queue securing their place.
Queue Ahead / Same Day Queue : Select your preferred arrival time and you will be placed on the queue for as close as possible to that time.
The nature of queue is, if someone requests 3PM, at 2:45PM your staff member is free and someone walks in for a 20 minute service, the staff member will start them and the queue ahead client will be automatically placed at 3:05PM. The client can track progress on their mobile device.
Booking : One or more staff members can operate on bookings. They can still be part of the queue.
If someone is booked in, the client's time will remain fixed e.g. 3PM and will not move unless the staff member manually takes someone from the queue.
This is ideal for shops where 1 or more staff members are in demand.
