Offers and Discounts can be used to fill quiet periods or attract new clients. They are tightly integrated with SLIKR to give you real control of how and when offers can be used. We manage all the validity, reporting, tracking and payments within the system for you.
An offer is a discout code defined by you eg "15OFF" to give a discount. The offer can be restricted to
- Time periods : eg Monday and Tuesday 8AM - 12 PM
- Max discounts : Max discount $10
- Max usage : Only alloy 20 people to claim
- User limits : A person can only claim once
- User restruction : Only a certain person can use it, it cannot be passed to someone else.
- Service Limits : Certain services only are valid for the discount eg "student cuts, shave, or nail maintenance"
Uses for Offers and discounts
- Send a special offer to regular clients as part of upsell program.
- Entice discounted clients (students, family, law enforment, armed services, local businesses) to come during quieter periods so the shop is free for full fee paying clients during peak periods.
- Re-engage with a client who may not have returned for a while.
- Promote new clients
- Track discounting: If you staff do special rates they can use a discount code. Report and monitor discounting impact for benefit or impact to cashflow.
Bundles - unfortunately we do not do bundles at this stage. eg Combine two or more service for an discount. This is part of our roadmap.
